Our BRAND NEW SMALL GROUP PT sessions are a safe space for you to find, regain, or continue your fitness - whatever your level or ability.  

Whether you’re trying to tackle perimenopause, get back in shape after children, or just train in a supportive, non-judgemental environment… this is the place for you.

THE GOALS:

GET STRONGER — Using weights & resistance training to build strong muscles and bones

THE SESSIONS:

Fully coached: You’ll have professionals, friendly, eyes-on support to take you through all the movements and workouts

Morning schedule: Early, but not too early! Get your fitness boxed off in the morning before you get caught up in the rest of your day

Limited to 6 members: Small group personal training means no busy classes and no getting lost in the crowd

Female-specific programming: Women can benefit from training slightly differently to men, so these sessions are designed with this in mind

Strength & conditioning: Our proven brand of blended weight training and cardio means you’ll get stronger and also get a great sweat on, every workout.

THE COACH:

Amanda Wah, Momentum Collective owner & head coach, will be programming and coaching the sessions.  If anyone knows how to get women fit and strong, it’s her. 

Whether you’re brand new to the gym, or have dropped into our BootCamp or training sessions before, you’ll be in expert hands and benefit from her years of experience as a personal trainer and coach.
