WHAT’s THE DIFFErENCE BEtWEEN MILE, STRoNG & RUCK?
Mile contains all 10 DEKA zones plus total of 1 mile worth of running.
Strong is exactly the same MINUS the running!
Ruck is all of the above but whilst wearing a weighted ruck (20lbs for females and 30lbs for males).
